Its time to build this into your already busy routine, to take time for you to grow and change so you can learn to love yourself as well as support those around you. No one can do it for you. You have to do this for you.

 

These sessions, particularly the mindset hypnosis sessions are designed to bring quiet and space to your mind, to allow growth and clarity. You can be clearer on life, what you are putting in and what you want to get back out.

The session structure is predominantly positive in its structure to get you into your prefrontal cortex (don't worry you will get a presentation on the neuroscience!). We work through strategies that will encourage deeper thinking that are specific to your needs, and can take a direction you don't always realise you were heading. Those things that were holding you back. From this, we create meaningful, solution focused goals for the week that you are excited to complete. Then we relax, I talk you through a guided meditation where hypnosis can take place, where you can find calm, time for you, time to quiet the noise. This is where we work with your subconscious to direct you to the life you desire.

Own my mindset (Hypnosis for change) Full 75 minute hypnotherapy session to move you forward in your life. This is a single session that forms part of the DYM MINDSET METHOD which is your 12 week commitment to change for you. Its time to set goals, strengthen your values and leave burnout and stress behind. Generally, we get together online once a week (more if you feel you need it) and we talk through how we can break through barriers and bad habits holding you back. We find a plan to reset your routines and create simple systems of change for the life you desire. 75 minutes Online session (face to face can be discussed) Strategic goal setting for the week and check ins at your desire £95 per session £350 for 1 month prepaid (4 sessions) £945 for 3 month programme paid in full (12 weeks)

Own my wellbeing (Yoga and Hypnosis) 2 hour session combining 60 min SCULPT your body and 60 min STRENGTHEN your mind reset practice. The DYM METHOD combines both MINDSET and BODY sessions to enhance your mental and physical health. Aligned with the DYM Mindset method, this session can be built into the 12 week commitment to change and strengthen your values, beliefs and leave burnout and stress behind whilst sculpting your body for strength, flexibility and resilience. Generally, we get together online once a week (more if you feel you need it) for MINDSET work, where we spend 60 minutes talking talk through how we can break through barriers and bad habits holding you back. We set goals to work towards a stronger mind. We then build our mental and physical strength with yoga/Pilates for 50 minutes before winding down in Savasana with a guided meditation and suggestions for positive change through hypnosis. The perfect way to end the session. One session 60 minute yoga flow & 60 minute hypnosis session Strategic goal setting for the week and check ins at your desire Online or face to face where possible £120 per session

New mum owning it This is for mothers who are ready to find themselves on their journey of motherhood. Find the balance in a struggle that is real and raw. Maybe its looking to go back to work and feeling anxious, maybe you feel you have lost your identity. Lets work together to change that. Work through strategies to help strengthen your mindset and set goals that will help you during this massive changing time in your life. 75 minute session 3 session minimum (incl in price) Strategic goal setting for the week and check ins at your desire Online or face to face where possible £250 for 3 sessions

Own my workout (Private Yoga Session) 60 minutes focused on YOU (plus one other friend too if you want!) Perfect if you need more accountability - this is the one! Give yourself an hour just for you, whether its to sculpt your body, build confidence, work on healing an injury or you just prefer the accountability of private sessions, these classes are tailored to you to build your strength, grow in confidence and recharge by clearing your mind of stress and tension in your day. Location- Margate, Kent +10 mile radius to include Whitstable, Dover, Canterbury otherwise classes are online or at my home. 60 minute Up to 2 people Tailored to your need £50 per session £260 block book of 6

About your MINDSET sessions

All sessions take place online via Zoom unless agreed otherwise where they may be conducted face to face, either at your home or mine. We will work together in our hypnosis sessions to move your mindset into your prefrontal cortex where we can then explore and plan specific goals and implement realistic timelines for them. You will find yourself more hopeful, positive and lighter within a few sessions.

 

The programme length is recommended for 12 sessions as this is where most people find significant lasting change where they can rely on the tools for themselves. It is suggested that a minimum of 3 sessions is considered to allow sufficient time to work towards meaningful change physically and neurologically. We always review progress by session 6, and some clients once completed their programme like to have 'top-up' sessions through the year such as before a big event or change.

Once you have booked a discovery call, I will send you over a presentation on the neuroscience of hypnosis and how it will create change. Then we can book a session from our discovery call.
