My Philosophy is that life is too precious to live it stuck in a cycle of limiting beliefs, feeling stuck and living through the eyes of others. Our minds are so powerful and sometimes we can't hear our own truth through the pain and negative beliefs! Its time to take back control!

​I am Amy, a certified therapist & yoga coach since 2019. The DYM method has been created through my own journey. After years of struggle with my fertility and failed IVF, I let my mind take over my worth and I felt blocked and imposter syndrome was taking over. I realised  I needed to master my own mindset and break free from my negative, repetitive limiting beliefs and habits. Through research and practice I reprogrammed my mind, strengthened my body and through it found confidence, self worth and direction.

 

Thus, the DYM Method was born through my passion to help others around me to feel unstuck, unlimit their mind and take back control of thier life. Through research and training I am confidently able to share and implement the DYM method. I now successfully help others with my tried and tested programme, embedding neuroscience and psychology, with proven results which is why I am so passionate about it.
